Co-Sleeping With A Toddler

 In Motherhood

Isn’t it crazy that co-sleeping or sleep training is such a controversial topic in the parenting communities?

Why are we so invested in other people’s lives and styles of parenting?

Who gives a shit if you co-sleep, sleep train, or rock your baby to sleep?

As long as your happy and healthy, I support ya!!

What other people decide to do with their own children does not affect us.

As some of you may know, I am a content contributor at MomsBeyond. This past week I wrote an article about co-sleeping with my toddler  and how it has improved my day-to-day life.

You can check out my article, Co-Sleeping With A Toddler- Is It Good Or Bad?, at MomsBeyond.

I’m not here to offer you solid advice on what you need to do but I do want to encourage you to live by your own standards and not everyone else’s.

That includes making decisions based on your needs and wants, not what the world deems right or wrong.

I remember struggling making decisions because I saw that it was working for everyone else. But what works for everyone else may not necessarily work for me or for you.

I hope that my video and article at MomsBeyond helps you find some peace and reassurance.

Just know that you were doing an amazing job! You are an amazing mom!  And things will GET BETTER!

What are your current sleep routines?

Drop a comment and let me know! I’d love to hear from you!

Love, Amy
