HAPPY NEW YEAR

from

 The Yepes Family!DSC00173

Hyperemesis Gravidarum made a bit of a comeback within these past couple of days, I’ve been vomiting roughly 3 to 5 times a day, which is still WAY better than my starting point. With my husband, Edgar, working all day on NYE, I spent most of the day hugging my toilet and in pain. Around 9pm, I threw on some light makeup and a bold lipstick to ring in the new year. I also set up a 2016 photo area for us to take advantage of, even though we only got this ONE picture together.

No better way than spending my last few hours of 2015 than at home with my husband and baby bump.

I couldn’t stand up anymore so we took this only picture with our photo props and I also removed my makeup at this point because of how miserable I was feeling.

Not the best quality in pictures but a memory I’ll forever remember.

Now that it’s 2016, I can officially begin counting down till baby boy’s arrival and the end of my HG journey.

Months: 3 + 3 days

Weeks: 13  +2 days

Days: 94

Hope you all had an amazing time ringing in the new year, we wish you a year full of success, health, and happiness. And to all you mommies suffering, keep fighting. You are all warriors!!!

Poor you with HG 🙁 I had it in the beginning and will never want to go back to that point…but hopefully it will go completely and it’s all worth it in the end! Lovely photos- such a warrior for looking good in them when you feel so rotten! Xx

I can totally relate! With my last pregnancy I had such bad nausea. I ended up trying everything from club soda to sea bands and ended up with a prescription from my doctor. Still didn’t help very much! I hope you find relief soon. Happy New Year ????????????

Thank you, feeling a bit better but hopefully it remains this way for the rest of the pregnancy 🙂 xoxo
