The Diva Menstrual Cup Review
A MENSTRUAL CUP REVIEW?
I never thought I’d be talking about my period but here I am!
I had no idea what a menstrual cup and didn’t bother to truly research it until now. Honestly, the thought of a menstrual cup scared the hell out of me but I caved and tried it for the very first time.
What Is A Menstrual Cup?
It’s basically a flexible silicone/rubber cup that collects your menstrual blood instead of being soaked into tampons or pads.
“BUT AMY, A CUP? IS IT BIG? DOES IT SPILL OR SPLASH? HOW DO YOUGET IT UP THERE?”
I am very excited to share with you all the details BUT I made a video reviewing it and talking about common concerns and questions friends have asked me.
THE DIVA MENSTRUAL CUP REVIEW
I HIGHLY recommend investing some time and an open mind in trying a menstrual cup. It takes time and patience to adjust to using it as well as learning how to use it based on your menstrual cycle and the amount of blood your body releases.
I am pissed it took me this long to try it out. I feel a sense of freedom and relief knowing that I’ve found something that makes my menstrual cycle a bit more tolerable and less stressful.
Remember that all of our menstrual cycles are different. So please take that into consideration when trying it out. ALSO GIVE IT TIME.
