Daily Planning With Transcending Waves
MY LIFE HAS BEEN CRAZY! BUT WHOSE ISN’T?
I’ve gotten to the point where I NEED to jot things down for daily planning or things will never get done. Seriously, mom brain has been fogging up my memory since I found out it I was pregnant. It’s horrible.
Daily planning has saved my life in more ways than I can count. I haven’t missed any doctor appointments, important meetings, teacher workshops, Liam’s daily medicines, swim classes, toddler playdates, and trips. And that’s just to name a few.
I’ll be honest, there are some days I simply forget to check my planner but that’s okay. I’m not here to share “perfection” but just an honest reality of what my life is really like. On those hectic days, no daily planning can save me but it helps.
Daily Planning With Transcending Waves
For about a month now, I’ve been using my black and gold Transcending Waves daily planner. Truthfully, daily planners are usually very similar. You can’t go wrong with any planner, in my opinion.
But for those of you who are detail-oriented, you might want to take a peek at this planner because it is very specific. With this planner, you’re given a monthly, weekly, and daily overview as well as a morning plan and nightly plan.
I’m still new to using it but I love that I can log my daily activities like eating and setting goals throughout the week. Plus, I can reflect on my wins and challenges as I go.
It’s a great way to keep a track of things and look back to see growth and/or even weight loss since I’m on my personal healthy journey.
**Remember that planning is a tool we can use, at our own pace, and our own time.**

What planner do you use?
Love, Amy ♥
Hey Amy!!! I’m actually looking for a planner. I have tried using Amazon but haven’t found any I truly like. I’m looking for one that’s small enough to fit into a baby bag but also has enough detail available so that I can jot down to do list, appointments, side notes, and even inspirational quotes for the tough days. Let me know if the one you have is a good fit or if not which one would you recommend. I miss you!
Hey girl. Hope you’re doing well. This is a small but semi-thick planner. I throw it in any bag and always have it with me. It doesn’t have inspirational quotes but it has special sections for you to fill out like “Today will be great because, affirmations, and I’m grateful for.’. I love that you can write challenges, to do lists, and priorities. It’s been great because I can also reflect on my day using the nightly review it comes with. I think you would like it. 🙂 miss you more!
