Truth is, I LOVE jewelry but having a tiny human that touches and tears everything in sight makes it very difficult to wear anything. I’ve always been a simple kinda girl anyway and through my journey as a mom, I’ve learned that “less is best”.

Motherhood has changed me tremendously, in ways I can’t explain. Here’s the truth, and it may sound a bit dramatic LOL, I think about Liam every single moment of every single day. I’ll be honest, as many as you know, life is a rollercoaster, yet, it also has a magical way of surprising you when you least expect it. It’s the little things that can make the biggest difference.

At a crazy time in my life, just a few months ago, Wickedly Mod reached out to me for a collaboration and review in exchange for a personalized necklace. For months, I’ve been eyeing a personalized necklace. So when Suzanne reached out to me, I didn’t hesitate.

Process of Ordering

The  entire experience in ordering the personalized necklace was very simple and easy. For those of you who may ask, I chose the personalized bar kids name necklace in gold. After you’ve selected your jewelry, you’ll personalize the metal choice (gold, rose gold, or silver), chain length, engraving font, and name separator (ex: a heart or dot). You’ll then have to write the names you want engraved using a comma between each name! The comma will be replaced by the name separator you chose. Since Liam is the only name, I chose a heart! You can also engrave the back of the necklace, which I LOVE. I chose to put Liam’s birth date, March, 21, 2016. How cute is it!?

Once you’re done personalizing, it’s as easy as 1-2-3 to checkout! Make sure to double check your shipping address to make sure it’s correct. It took a little less than two weeks to receive it in the mail, which is much quicker than I expected. You’ll receive your necklace in a cute, tiny box inside of a pouch along with a polish pad and anti-tarnish tab. You also will receive specific instructions to take good care of it.

This isnt’t just a necklace, it’s a symbol of the one person who has changed my life for the better and the love I carry so closely to my heart. SO CHEESY, I know! But I know all of you mama’s understand. No matter the pain, imperfections, sleepless nights, and toddler tantrums, that little guy is my life.
